The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the completion of Jean Street Reserve & Garfield Lane in Cheltenham, Victoria, Australia.
The scope of works for this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Engineering and geo-technical
Site preliminaries, coordination with external contractors, all required permits to complete the work, Surveyor for site set-out, Service locator as required, Temporary Fencing, Traffic & Pedestrian Management, Playground Auditor Liaison, Mural Artist Liaison
Demolition, clean fill, earth works, tree removal and pruning
Drainage and water connection, water meter cage, Telstra pit relocation
Concrete, Asphalt path, edging, gravel surfaces, permeable surfaces, timber logs, rocks, concrete sleepers retaining walls, pram crossing, wheelchair accessible car parking and line marking
Furniture, bins, fencing, Timber sound barrier, drinking fountain, bollards
Rubber surfaces, soft-fall mulch surfaces
Play equipment, nature play equipment/items
Garden bed prep, soil & mulch, lawn
Provisional Items - plants and trees, 13-week maintenance, Perspex wall replacement.
