Tender Description
The works include but are not limited to the construction of a new Equine facility including all building works, accessible car park, water tanks, solar system with batteries and septic system.
The amenities block being constructed is on an engineer designed raft footing system with a timber frame construction and the external cladding will be Colorbond. The roof is to be in corrugated Colorbond, with a large veranda overlooking the arena. On the interior the facility will have vinyl flooring throughout with designated wet areas receiving wall vinyl to various heights including male, female, and fully accessible facilities.
Additionally, this construction has a storage, laundry as well as large games room with a joint camp kitchen. The tender is completed by some final basic landscaping, paths and an accessible car park.
No planning permit is required for the project. Council will apply for the building permit.
The equine facility is located on Crown land.
