Tender Description
The Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust (M&OP) are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Consultant to assist in the fitout of a hospitality venue, located at Melbourne Park. This venue is currently fit-out as a café however, the outlet will be converted into a micro-brewery food and beverage style outlet.
The hospitality destination is being delivered in partnership with St Andrews Beach Brewery, and Melbourne Park catering partner, Delaware North Companies Australia.
Onsite Briefing
There will be an opportunity for you to access the site from 11am Monday 14th November 2022. The site visit is optional and is not a pre-requisite for submitting an offer for these services.
