New build offices, and meeting rooms
Creation of collaboration areas
Building services – Electrical and data to suit the proposed layout.
Built in Joinery
Painting
Coordination with the furniture and equipment supplier.
Project Timing (Indicative)
ATN: End October to end November 2022
RFT: End November to Mid December 2022
Contract award: January 2023
Site commencement: January 2023
Overall completion: February 2023
Procurement Model:
Following the ATN period, CFA will proceed with an Open Tender.
Evaluation Criteria will include:
Prequalification on Victoria Government Construction Supplier Register
Capability and previous experience of similar and comparable projects
Capacity and key resourcing
Overall program duration.
Social Procurement
Management Systems including OHS, Quality
Financial – value for money
As the Victorian State election will be held during November 2022, the Victorian Government will assume a caretaker role likely to be from 6pm on 1 November 2022 until such time that either it becomes clear that the incumbent government will be returned, or when a new government is commissioned.
In line with the caretaker conventions, the incoming government will determine whether to proceed with this tender process and enter into the contract/award after the caretaker period.
Suppliers should be aware that:
all information about this tender/grant process represents the position of the current government only, and is subject to change; and
the incoming government may decide to not proceed with this tender/grant process.
Note, the caretaker conventions may commence at an earlier time if the Legislative Assembly is dissolved sooner.
