Tender Description
The Department of Customer Service is seeking to engage a supplier to procure Miro Licenses that can be deployed across DCS agencies, entities and business units under a centralised enterprise model. DCS require ongoing provision and support of Miro Licensing for visual collaboration and whiteboarding. A cluster-wide enterprise model will consolidate DCS agency requirements into a single agreement, which will result in efficiency gains in license renewal, and provide enhanced controls around compliance to DCS’s security, privacy and information management policies.
