Tender Description
Mount Barker District Council is seeking tenders from qualified contractors, to provide landscaping maintenance services for several new developments within the Mount Barker Township that have been transferred back to Council from Property Developers.
Council will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer for a period of two years, with the option of an additional period of 12 months.
Tenderers should be aware that Council will reserve the right to add additional sites as they are transferred to Council, or remove some areas from this contract subject to Council resourcing.
Pricing is sought on a Schedule of Rates basis, with tenderers to provide an estimate of the required number of days to maintain each site.
Services are proposed to commence mid January 2023.
