The upcoming opportunity is for the procurement of a modern, secure, integrated, cloud-based platform which will be utilised to build-out the functionality of a commercial of the shelf (COTS) Work Order Management System (WOMS) to meet the requirements of a new Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Facilities Management Contract (FMC). The statement of requirements will seek a total solution - that is, the software, plus implementation team and a period of post-go-live support. A longer term goal is to allow other existing solutions and functions to be subsumed onto this platform as appropriate (e.g. fleet management, cleaning services management).
A key target date for this initiative is to have a (minimum viable) product live for the issuance of Work Orders on 1 July 2023.
