This project relates to the retrofit of the Galvin Park Sexton Pavilion Werribee, incorporating the demolition of part of the existing pavilion, and replacing the demolished section with a 2-storey structure containing four (4) female friendly, accessible change rooms; two (2) female friendly, accessible umpire’s rooms; first aid room; lift and stairwell; committee room; timekeepers’ office; club office; social room; kitchenette and related male and female amenities.

External works include spectator viewing area, disabled access around the entire pavilion and minor modifications to the existing car park.
