Swan Hill Rural City Council invites quotations for the preparation of the Pental Island Cultural Masterplan.
The aim of this masterplan is to develop a set of principles that guide how the Pental Island precinct will be developed and managed into the future. This includes a co-designed approach with Traditional Owners to determine the offering and requirements that will support a world class new cultural experience for the precinct.
