Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for design and construction services to deliver a new skate park, basketball court and public plaza space at Princes Gardens in Prahran.

 
Council is seeking the Services of an experienced construction firm to partner with a landscape design consultancy and lead the design and construction works of all elements referenced in the Prahran Skate and Basketball Court Concept Plan.
 
Works shall include, but are not limited to the construction of a skate park, basketball court, installation of lighting, garden beds, retaining walls park furniture and the relocation of the existing vert ramp.
 
 
NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
