Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors to upgrade the BMCS (Building Management Control System) at WaterMarc & One Flintoff at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough, VIC 3088.
Council is planning to upgrade all the hardware & software of the WaterMarc Aquatic Centre BMCS, with a software integration of the One Flintoff Office BMCS within the same system.
The aim of this project is to get an upgraded BMCS system that is designed, supplied, installed, commissioned and maintained, providing:
- Robust plant equipment controls;
- Competitive lifecycle costing from installation to decommissioning;
- ESD best practices;
- Clear and intuitive graphics;
- Power of data analytics;
- Compatibility with field equipment and component, and other Tridium Niagara systems;
- Secure access;
- Communications of equipment issues and alarm; and
- Considerations for future technological development
A key objective of this BMCS Upgrade is to empower the different building stakeholders with full capability that modern BMCS systems can provide, and implement best practices in energy efficiency for aquatic centre air conditioning and office controls. It should be designed and installed with the intent of providing the maintenance team with good control and diagnosis of building systems, and allow the sustainability performance to be precisely monitored and improved.
