Tender Description
Federation University’s council must establish and maintain the internal audit function, independent of management to meet its obligations to many regulatory frameworks, which also includes and is not limited to the Financial Management Act 1994 and the Standing Directions of the Minister for Finance.
Federation University is seeking to appoint a capable and diligent provider, within assurance for risks and compliance traditionally known as internal audit. Initially the service provider will be appointed for a period of three years (with the possibility of an extension of up to two years subject to performance criteria).
In order to be considered as a conforming bid, tenderers must provide all the documents listed as conforming. All questions listed as mandatory must be responded to. Non-conforming tenders representing unacceptable levels of risk may be excluded from further consideration.
Shortlisted suppliers to be available on 27th and/or 28th October for a brief presentation (20min) and Q&A (10min) session.
