This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of a methodology for a future workplace strategy approach to design, delivery and considerations for an ongoing holistic approach that brings together real estate, ways of working, people and technology for a successful future workplace strategy for Comcare.
Comcare’s preferred approach to the development and implementation of a future workplace strategy is via five phases as summarised below with further information provided under the relevant headings:
