Tender Description
Removal and decommissioning of the existing B 1 LAARS Mighty Therm HH943 HHW Heating boiler and replacing with a 4-pipe Trane Heat Pump (R410A) CMAF 080 SSE SN AC or appropriate substitute that matches energy input, output and efficiency of Trane Heat Pump
Removal and decommissioning of the existing Rheem Stellar 160L DHW System and replacing with a R290 Revere Heat Pump CHE-015 or appropriate substitute that matches energy input, output and efficiency of Revere Heat Pump DHW System.
Removal and decommissioning of the existing Fagor CG7 61 Main Commercial Kitchen Range and replacing with electrically powered alternative.
Works with regards to adjusting secondary systems such as Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units Etc. to match new system requirements.
New Mechanical services switchboard and electrical wiring to suit all new equipment.
Controls alterations and upgrade to serve new plant and equipment.
Integration of new controls to existing site Building Management & Control Systems (BMCS)
Electrical upgrades to switchboards to account for increased electrical demand from new system as well as testing and commissioning of equipment.
Acoustic works to manage noise levels from mechanical systems installed.
Structural upgrades to plant deck to support new systems being installed.
