Tender Description
This EOI relates to the provision of the following services for the purpose of the Inland Rail Project:
- Video logging of existing pavement conditions prior to project commencement
- Receiving booking requests from property owners wishing to accept the offer of property condition surveys and book inspections
- Keeping a log of the property owner contact details and providing the list to MCD
- Undertaking property condition surveys which will form the basis of assessments of any structural damage to buildings due to contractor operations
- Preparing reports to provide to property owners and MCD
- Performing inspections in the event a property owner feels that their property has been damaged by the construction work
Companies shall demonstrate they possess the capability / skill requirements to perform the above requirements.
