Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Wvphn is inviting proposals from potential partnerships to implement and deliver 'synergy', targeting areas in most need across the wvphn region.
'synergy' is a partnership-led service delivery model intended to address co-occurring aod and mental health support needs as well independent aod and mental health needs across western victoria. Wvphn is seeking proposals from providers that value innovation, collaboration and working towards meaningful changes to the aod and mental health service system. As such, proposals must be submitted by a formal partnership.
