Tender Description
The extension of the ServiceNow Platform is one of the key strategic technology enablers of the University's Digital Future Strategy pivotal in supporting the University of Adelaide (UoA) in achieving a digitally enabled workforce. The University is seeking to establish a strategic partnership with an experienced Supplier to support the implementation of this university-wide transformational platform.
The strategic partner will assist in the delivery of the following strategic objectives
Supporting the University's Organisational Sustainability Program (OSP) stream's objective to transform service delivery at the University through the enablement of an enterprise service management platform using ServiceNow
Establishing a program of work to determine the investment required to incrementally build an enterprise service management capability for the University that aligns with OSP and business priorities
Supporting delivery of tactical ServiceNow implementation aligned to OSP objectives
The accomplishment of these objectives will enable the University to deliver a customer centred platform for driving efficiency for the University and the improved engagement journey of end users who require services from different areas within the University, including IT.
The main objectives of this RFP are to
- Identify a Supplier to contribute to the business case and implementation roadmap for the University's Enterprise Service Management (ESM) capability. The successful Supplier must demonstrate their capability to deliver consulting services required by the University for the development of an ESM business case and implementation roadmap; and
- Identify a Supplier to support implementation services needed for the operationalisation of increased capability in ServiceNow
