Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide submissions for it's Merrylands Pools and Regents Park Library & Community Hub roof replacements. The work is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the pricing schedules herein.
Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)
All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on Thursday 08/09/2022 at 10:00am starting at Merrylands Pool, 17 Burnett St, Merrylands NSW 2160, detailed as per below.
Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its tender will not be considered.
