ABOUT THE TENDER
The University of Adelaide is seeking a software asset management (SAM) implementation partner with extensive experience and demonstrated capability, tooling, and IP to implement and integrate, software asset management system and policies relating to the use and licensing of each system.
This engagement calls for both a discovery and analysis, design, integration, and implementation to help define and execute a strategy and solution for the transition software licensing information from external data sources to a new system. This will also require a detailed process framework to be created. The University of Adelaide is seeking information on solutions that are either hosted and managed by the University or externally managed by the vendor.
The implementation partner will provide their expertise, guidance, and valuable experience in software asset management and software licensing.
This RFT forms part of a greater body of work focused on Organisational Sustainability and Centralisation of Assets.
