Tender Description
This Request for Tender is to be considered as a single entity and potential tenderers are to ensure their submissions encompass the entire project scope across both resort locations, the project can be broadly broken down into the following 2 phases;
1. Schematic Design for the Lake Mountain and Mt Baw Baw pump tracks. This preliminary design will be undertaken in consultation with representatives of respective Lake Mountain and Mount Baw Baw trail building teams. This schematic design will then form part of the planning approval documentation which will be submitted by Southern Alpine and its cultural heritage and planning consultant.
2. Pump Track Design and Construct Detailed design for selected portions of the project can progress concurrently while the planning approval process is underway. Construction is proposed following the 2022 snow season.
