Development Victoria is seeking an Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act offsets for proposed impacts to matters of national environmental significance (MNES) associated with Stage 2 of the Cairnlea Mixed Use Development.
Development Victoria is looking for the best available value for money to purchase an offset that meets the criteria set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Cairnlea Mixed Use Development project (Project).
This RFP has been prepared to provide information on the Project to prospective bidders (Bidders) and to set out the requirements for Bidders offering to an offset.
Bidders are invited to submit a proposal (Response) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this RFP.
