⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE COUNCIL:

The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.

ABOUT THE TENDER:

Tenders are invited from experienced software providers for the configuration and deployment of the Leisure Facility Management System (LFMS) and optional hardware, as well as the licencing, ongoing support and maintenance. We are seeking a trusted service partner or partners to design, install, implement a Software-as-a-Service Solution (SaaS) with strong collaboration to enable seamless operation, support and maintenance of the Leisure Facility Management System.

Aligned with the new Parramatta facility opening, it is intended to implement a new LFMS that covers the full range of operational requirements. Once complete, this new system will be extended to the Epping and Macquarie Facilities.

A final decision will be made regarding this Tender in the period of October/November 2022, with works anticipated to commence in November 2022. The Tender price is for a fixed lump sum.

A tender briefing is proposed for 4 August 2022, tenderers will be provided with Teams invite on request by COB Monday 1st August 2022.
