Tender Description
The Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is seeking suitable suppliers with recognised proven skills in the delivery of water for the environment. The project requires delivery of water for the environment across multiple locations within the Mallee CMA region. Water for the environment helps to promote environmental, social and Indigenous outcomes for the community.
Rivers, wetlands and their associated anabranches and floodplains are a defining feature of the Mallee region. The health of these waterways and floodplains is fundamental to the region’s environmental, social and economic future. Without natural flooding, the condition of these environments will decline. Provision of water for the environment, such as through these projects, helps maintain the condition of sites during periods without natural flow.
