The City of Mitcham (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of City wide cleaning of council owned facilities (scheduled and periodical cleans (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful tenderer. Council is seeking submissions only from tenderers with experience in providing the services of this scale in the commercial cleaning industry. i.e., Previous experience with organisations with numerous sites and relevant requirements.
