Central Goldfields Shire Council (Council) is seeking quotations for the Maryborough Town Hall Electrical design.
The Maryborough Town Hall is a heritage listed building constructed in 1887. Last year, there were maintenance issues that lead to the closure of the town hall due to safety concerns. The council wish to rectify all current issues and reopen the town hall by December 2022. We are aware of several electrical safety issues that lead to the closure, however, there may be further problems that will need to be resolved.
There are 2 site meetings planned: Thursday 21 July 2022 at 10:00am and Monday 25 July at 2:00pm
Practical completion of this work is Thursday 15 September 2022.
