Tender Description
The City of Subiaco is the owner of the properties located at 1 Harborne Street, Subiaco WA (Property 1) and 55 Salvado Road, Subiaco WA (Property 2). The City is looking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced planning and/or development consultant to prepare a Preliminary Master Plan for each Property together with supporting market and financial analysis for each Property.
This Request for Quotation includes both Properties as there is likely to be design and financial considerations relevant to both Properties. The Preliminary Master Plans are to be regarded as a pre-cursor or information piece to potential future local development plans, and as a result should still be prepared in accordance with the Subiaco Activity Centre Plan, Local Planning Scheme No. 5, the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2 Part 6 and State Planning Policy 7.2.
