Tender Description
The Customer is seeking expert town planning, urban design, stakeholder engagement, and technical services for the purposes of preparing an Improvement Scheme (Scheme) for the UWA QEII Specialised Activity Centre.
The Scheme will fulfil the objectives of Improvement Plan No.63 (IP 63) - UWA QEII Specialised Activity Centre, and the requirements of the State Planning Framework.
The Scheme and supporting documents will articulate the long-term strategic planning and built environment vision for the Centre and prescribe a planning framework and set of implementation measures necessary to deliver that vision.

An online briefing session will be held on 8 July 2026 10:30 AM.
A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:
