Procurement Australia, on behalf of Yarra Ranges Council, invites tenders for the above contract.
The services for this tender comprise Maintenance Services across all council operated buildings incorporating Reactive, Programmed and Planned Maintenance services.
This tender is open to all tenderers capable of servicing the total requirement for Yarra Ranges Council area.
This contract is for the period of 4 years commencing 31st December 2022 plus potential of 2 x 2 year options to extend (at Council's discretion).
A compulsory Tender Briefing Session followed by site visits will be held at 9.30am Thursday 21st July at Yarra Ranges Civic Centre in Lilydale.
