Dungog Shire Council (“Council”) is seekingquotationsfrom suitably qualified consultants (“Consultant”) to undertake the development of a Concept Masterplanfor thecentrally located and flood-prone properties of32 Hooke Street and 43 Brown Streetin Dungog,a site planof which is attached with this document. An elevated and vacant portion of the Council-owned Alison Court property will also be included in the exercise.The Masterplan will provide Council and the community with information to guide the development of its tourism, hospitality and recreationofferings, withits subsequent implementation seekingto increase wellbeing and small business growth opportunities in the Shire.
