Tender Description

Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors to renew the roof, remove and replace the HVAC system at the Food Works Supermarket situated at Railway Terrace, Guildford.  The project includes the demolition and construction of the roof as outlined in the attached Specification document.

 
This is a Construct only project including supply, transportation, delivery, and installation of materials. Supply of machinery, labour, equipment, supervision, resources, permits and insurances required for the successful completion of the works and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
 
This site is classified as high activity area. The site is occupied by tenants and is used as supermarket. 
 
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions, in the tender pricing schedules herein.
