Overview
Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to undertake the filter system upgrade project at Wentworthville Swim Centre 50m Pool.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction works for the filter system upgrade at Wentworthville Swim Centre 50m Pool
- Supply of all required materials, tools, equipment and consumables to complete the work
- Provision of labour and supervision to complete the work
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract reference: MW21-LG
- The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules for a contract term of five months
- The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract
- Successful tenderers will be placed onto a ranked panel of contractors
