Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope for works involves maintenance, refurbishment, and installation of new components to multiple buildings within the Bridges Barracks.

Works include, but are not limited to, heating, ventilation and air conditioning upgrades, floor covering replacement, joinery replacement, kitchen replacement, switchboard upgrades, new power supply for mechanical upgrade, and fire and life compliance items.
