Tender Description
The purpose of this project to upgrade the current amenities Block at Bedford Weir is to provide a safe, clean, and functional amenities block that is accessible to all. Improving the local amenity will support active participation in recreational and social activities for visitors and residents alike. o All toilet & Shower Cubical Partitions
o 5 x Toilets
o 2 x Double Hand Basins and Mirrors
o 1 x Urinal in Men’s Toilet
o 4 x Shower Taps and Shower Heads
o The old stainless steel Toilet System Buttons
o All Grab Rails
o All Toilet Paper dispensers
o 2 x Timber Benches from Male & Female toilets
o Remove existing down pipes from rear of building
o Existing shelving in storeroom
Supply and install as follows:
o All new Compact Laminate or equivalent partitions (same dimensions as existing).
- Replace all existing Toilet and shower cubical partitions
- Include 5 x 1700mm(h) x 720mm(w) door to each cubical
- Include 2 x 1700mm(h) x 850mm(w) door to each shared accessible toilet/shower cubical
- Colour: TBC (Bore Water staining to be taken into consideration)
o Male and Female Amenity block fixtures
- All fixtures and fittings, materials, and quantities to be listed in quotation.
- All fixture and fittings to be replaced with commercial stainless steel or chrome
