Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2122-062 for the provision of Design and Construction contract for the new Diamond Hills Preschool building.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works and Services.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 October 2022 with a practical completion date of 1 February 2024.
NB: The project has strict timelines that need to be met to satisfy the Victorian Government funding constraints. As a part of the funding agreement for these works, there is a requirement to start construction by 28 June 2023 and be completed by 1 February 2024.
The Council will consider tenders for both Pre-build - Modular and traditional construction methods
