Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the reconstruction of Old Eltham Road between Bonds Rd and Bolton Street, Lower Plenty.
As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Program, Council is planning to improve the local road infrastructure at Old Eltham Road between Bonds Road and Bolton Street, Lower Plenty.
The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
- Mobilisation and site establishment.
- Set out of works.
- Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with Council standard.
- Asphalting the table drains
- Drainage upgrade
- Reconstruction of Asphalt driveways
- Reconstruction of Concrete driveways
- Road Resurfacing.
- Site clean-up.
- As-built – Documentation of as constructed information
