Tender Description
Miscellaneous building repairs and maintenance on existing N T Government assets including the following;
- Carpentry,
- Glazing,
- Painting,
- Roofing,
- Plastering,
- Concreting,
- Paving,
- General Maintenance and Repairs,
- Cabinet Making,
- Installing Door Locks/ Cylinders,
- Fencing
The scope of work encompasses all items listed in the response schedule and includes all building maintenance items such as carpentry & cabinet making, minor concreting works, wall and floor tiling, painting, door and window hardware repair or replacement, and all ancillary
works required to maintain a built asset.
The site of the Works is Various Locations throughout the Barkly Region and other locations as directed by the Superintendent.
