Roller Doors Supply and Installation - New Palmerston Secondary Special Education School (PSSES)

⁠⁠⁠The subcontractor works include, but are not limited to the following works:

• Supply and Installation of roller doors.

• Supply and Installation of all fixings including all necessary drilling, cleaning of holes, application of chemset, rattling of bolts, tek screws and the like.

• Supply and install all necessary support, couplers, brackets tracks, rails and the like.

• Supply and Installation of controls

• Provide all shop drawings for review and approval the builder.

• Provide all necessary Structural Section 40s and certification for the installed roller doors.

• Provide all tagging and testing of the installed roller and all necessary certificates of compliance on the completion of works.

• Provide training to end users on handover of the project.

• Supply all necessary warranties and Operation and Maintenance manuals for the installed roller doors on completion of the works.
