Aluminium Doors and Windows - New Palmerston Secondary Special Education School (PSSES)

⁠⁠⁠The Subcontractors works comprise of the complete Aluminium Doors, Partitions & Window Works including all necessary shop drawing, plant, equipment, materials, labour and the like to ensure the safe manufacture, delivery, unloading, transportation across site, setting out, installation and certification but also not limited to the following:

• Provide Design Section 40 certification;
• Provide Construction Section 40 certification;
• Provide all necessary warranty certificates, on completion of the works;
• Supply & install all sliding doors including top hung and automated doors, as documented;
• Allow for all wiring, commissioning & certificates of compliance for the automated doors;
• Supply & installation of all aluminium framed glazed doors, including those with translucent glass and associated hardware;
• Supply & installation of all aluminium door frames, as documented;
• Supply & installation of all aluminium framed and glazed partitions, as documented;
• Supply & installation of all windows, with supa screen security screens to the entire window, were documented
• Supply & installation of all high louvres, as documented;
• Supply and installation of all visual indicators, as required;
• Supply & installation of all translucent fixed glass, as documented;
• Supply & installation of all hardware to doors and windows, as documented;
