Tender Description
Central Goldfields Shire Council (Council) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of a BBQ shelter at the Betley Public Hall, Middle Creek Road Betley.
Works include-
- Site preparation works including excavation of area & footings.
- Supply & install steel gable BBQ shelter 6m x 6m as per structural design plans.
- Construct 100mm concrete slab 6m by 6m, 100mm thick concrete 1 layer SL72 mesh on prepared crushed rock base.
Structure to include;
- Steel BBQ structure as per design plans.
- Colours – Roof grey, Posts & gutters dark green (to be painted in 2 pack paint exact colours to be confirmed)
- Stormwater to discharge to the ground away from the structure (as per design plans)
