This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠Under the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE) are bringing everyone together in a single set of corporate systems – Aurion for human resources management and payroll, TechnologyOne for financial management and Concur for travel and expense management. This is a large-scale transformation, which has change implications across the entire organisation.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidates to fulfil critical roles in the project team immediately.

Development and implementation of the new HRMIS system, led by DAWE, is scheduled for completion by September 2022, by way of transition and migration from SAP to Aurion.

Development and implementation of the new FMIS system, led by DAWE, is scheduled for completion by December 2022, by way of transition and migration from SAP to TechnologyOne.

The project is looking for team members passionate about working at the intersection of technology and business architecture. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, along with the following skills.

Senior HR Product Manager

• Strong experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner leading development teams to deliver great HR and payroll solutions to business areas.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in HRMIS data migration. SAP HR to Aurion HR will be highly regarded.
• Proven capability to work cross-functionally and influence both the delivery team and the business in meeting objectives.
• Ability to drive the backlog planning and execution.
• Ability to evangelize the adoption of the features and services with internal teams and vendors.
• Will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of roadmaps and dependencies for new and enhanced features.
• Experience developing business requirements and analysis.
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in technical liaison with business and vendors.
Services to be provided, but not limited to:
• Defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
• Assisting internal resources to understand SAP or Aurion specific processes.
• Assisting internal resources to understand current SAP or Aurion integration processes.
• Assist with effort and scheduling of SAP or Aurion relevant tasks to include data migration, remediation, and HRMIS reviews.
• Assist in technical liaising between project team and the business stakeholders.
• Owning assigned project tasks, including the design, configuration, test and deployment of project objects and artefacts.

Data Migration Specialists

• This role supports crafting ETL solutions between source and target systems, working with subject matter experts and solution architects to map and transform the data as needed. This work is undertaken in compliance with data and security standards and participates in appropriate data quality reconciliation activities.
• Deep Data Migration knowledge, preferably in HR and Payroll systems or financial management systems.
• Deep knowledge of HRMIS systems. SAP, Aurion or TechnologyOne will be highly regarded.
• Experience with analysing data models in both source and target system landscapes and defining appropriate mappings and transformations necessary to successfully migrate the relevant data.
• Hands on experience with migration tools.
• Experience with developing solutions to extract and transform data from at least one of the key source systems e.g., SAP
• Experience developing business requirements and analysis.
• Experience in developing or supporting developing of data migration test plans, run sheets, data load.
Services to be provided, but not limited to:
• Preparing key artefacts to support data migration planning.
• Assisting internal resources to understand processes for data migration purposes.
• Assisting internal resources to understand integration processes for data migrations
• Assist with effort and scheduling of data migration tasks
• Assist in technical liaising between project team and the business stakeholders
• Supporting migration mapping and migration activities between the legacy systems to TechnologyOne, Aurion HR and SAP Concur.
• Owning assigned project tasks, including the design, configuration, test and deployment of project objects and artefacts

HR and Payroll Consultants

• Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
• Experience in HR and payroll data migration. SAP HR to Aurion HR will be highly regarded.
• Solid experience in parallel payroll testing to determine that the results of target payroll system and the legacy applications are same.
• Ability to resolve test exceptions and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience in working with clients in payroll remediation tasks which can include quantifying underpayments and remediating the payroll systems and processes to ensure they cannot occur again.
• Hands on experience with migration tools, to include knowledge of payroll compare
