This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by Ararat Rural City Council who are partnering with the Victorian Government to deliver a comprehensive highest and best use analysis and market-ready development prospectus for the historic Aradale site.
Located at the gateway to the Grampians, the 100-hectare former Aradale Asylum site features 63 precinct buildings, including several original 1860s buildings deemed to be of state significance.
Council is seeking suitably qualified organisations to provide a quotation that offers practical and innovative approaches to unlock the planning complexity and deliver an economic vision that will attract investment to fully activate the site.
A strong track record with the ability to deliver this project rapidly will be highly regarded due to the critical economic opportunities the project has been created to address.
