Tender Description
Newcastle Airport is seeking to procure a Commercial Cleaning Services provider for cleaning services to maintain a high level of cleanliness, consistent with the presentation and function of the Newcastle Airport precincts and delivering personalised airport experience.
The Commercial Cleaning provider will be responsible for general cleaning, programmed cleaning and emergency cleaning for Airport facilities of 18 precincts that are broadly grouped into:
Car Park Precincts.
Ground Floor Terminal Precincts;
First Floor Terminal Precincts.
NTL Hangar 1
Airside Freight Facility

TENDERS CLOSE: 31 May 2022 @ 3pm.
Mandatory Site Briefing: 18 May 2022 @ 2:30pm.
Tender RFIs must be submitted no later than COB 23 May 2022 to allow final addendum issue by 25 May 2022.
