Tender Description
Northern Territory Primary Health Networks (NT PHN) is funded by the Australian Government to develop and coordinate an equitable, comprehensive primary health care system and an engaged health workforce driven by community needs. NT PHN's members are Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance Northern Territory (AMSANT), the Northern Territory Government Department of Health and Health Providers Alliance NT. NT PHN works closely with health consumers, community organisations and service providers in commissioning health services that are integrated across the health system.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is open for appropriately qualified and experienced Indigenous owned organisations, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations and/or Consortiums led by or including an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation interested in developing initiatives to strengthen communities' confidence to engage in and support palliative care within the community or communities via co-design.
