The Scope of Works for this Contract includes construction of a new children’s room, extending the children’s room at the north end of the south building, corridor connecting both the buildings, staff room and associated play area upgrade works. Renewal works of the north building too is part of this contract and is included as optional items. Carrying out of these renewal works will be subject to availability of funds.

The works also include Demolition works, which are limited to exterior walls, soffits, fascia’s and some roof sheeting, as well as the demolition of various fences and landscape items as documented.

The existing facility is to remain in operation for the duration of construction, with Members of the Public entering both the buildings the same as previously done.
