2022 Lakeside Holiday Park Refurbishment Works

SERVICE REQUIRED:
Northern Beaches Council (Council) is inviting tenders for the refurbishment internally of severally accommodation cabins that have reached the end of their lifecycle and require refurbishment. The scope of the works includes;
1. All preliminaries to complete the works
2. Site Establishment and de-establishment during the works.
3. Cabin works includes;
a. Replacement of all bathroom finishes and fittings to Cabins 21, 32, 38, 43 and 45
b. Redecoration of all internal finishes to Cabins 21, 32, 38, 40, 43, 45 and 47
Due to occupancy rates, the works to the cabins needs to occur between 17 July 2022 to 20 September 2022.
As the works are in a tourist park, noisy works are restricted to 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Working on Saturdays is permissible however this will be limited to non-noisy works.
As the works are in a tourist park, rubbish is to be neatly stored within the works compound and disposed of daily, unless otherwise agreed with the Superintendent, so that accumulation of building rubbish does not detract from the appearance of the park.

PLEASE NOTE: the finishes schedule attached to this RFQ is a reference document that covers the entire park refurbishment plan for the next 15 years. As such, it incorporates elements that are not being refurbished as part of these works (e.g. the flooring is shown but is not being replaced in this scope). Follow the scope of work in section D of this RFQ to determine the exact scope of works and refer to the finishes schedule to determine the level / specification of finish.

RFQ Part C5 and C11, Personnel & Sub-contractors, 10%
RFQ Part C6, Work Health and Safety, Pass/Fail
RFQ Part C7, Insurance, Pass/Fail
RFQ Part C8, Proposed Methodology, 40%
RFQ Part C9, Schedule of Fees, 35%

SITE BRIEFING:
A Site briefing will be held at 9:30am on 10 May 2022 at the reception of the Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park. Tenderers should ensure they review the quote documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing.
