The purpose of this notification is to provide the market advance notice of an upcoming Monash Health tender for provision of Sterile Custom Procedure Packs
Monash Health is seeking responses to this Request for Tender for a Vendor managed service* for the supply, delivery and management of Sterile Custom Theatre Packs.
*NB Monash Health will consider similar or alternative proposals
The scope of services includes but is not limited to:
- The manufacture/ assembly and Sterilisation of CPPs in accordance with the Bill of Materials (BOM) to the specified forecasted CPP quantities
- CPP’s to be supplied to the following sites:
Casey, Clayton, Children’s, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Monash Heart, Moorabbin
- Provision of a Vendor managed inventory service delivery model for each of the sites.
- Next Day delivery in line with demand
- Flexibility to review and change BOM as clinically required
