⁠⁠⁠Comcare requires the services of a CRM Developer who has extensive knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics CRM, Power Apps and Portals (including configuration, customization and security) in an agile working environment. The CRM Developer will contribute to the development, delivery and support of applications on the Dynamics CRM Platform and help ensure continuous improvements and high-quality service to business and end users.

The successful candidate will be a professional that is self-driven, has initiative, can contribute to the analysis, design, planning, development, delivery and support of CRM applications.

The CRM Developer responsibilities are;

• Implement software applications and customize business applications using MS Dynamics CRM 365 Online, Power Platform (Canvas/Model Driven Apps)
• Design, develop, and document working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• Create CRM software components and code patterns which foster reusability and enterprise capabilities and support efforts to integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
• Identify and recommend product customisations and enhancements to meet client requirements using Dynamics CRM.
• Work with project teams to analyse business requirements, define functional requirements and document solution design.
• Develop appropriate CRM technical solutions to meet business/functional requirements and contribute to future strategy in relation to platform, capacity planning and upgrades.
• Generate technical documentation and assist with the development and provision of end user training.
• Provide support for users and perform troubleshooting, including root cause analysis of production issues and documenting resolutions.
• Interpret requirements and develop software following the vision of team leadership and architectural design, while working against a product backlog in an agile development environment.
• Recommend innovative solutions that will support improved business processes.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills;

• Good experience in developing Dynamics 365 Plug-ins, JavaScript’s, PCF controls, Logic Apps, Custom workflows , Power Automate, Dataflows
• Good experience in developing Canvas & Model Driven Apps, Power App Portals
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft's .NET Framework (C#), Visual studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, FetchXML and Web API
• Experience using Azure DevOps and CI/CD
• Exposure working with Azure Cloud Technologies
• Experience in working & integrating with Microsoft 365 SharePoint platform
• Experience in ITIL Processes, Agile/SCRUM development methodology

It is preferred that the successful candidate is based in Melbourne, however Canberra is considered.
