Westernport Water is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced party to conduct a risk assessment (Monte Carlo Simulation) on the cost estimation of our “top 10′ discrete capital projects by total capital cost, to be started or completed in the next regulatory period.
The risk assessment should critically evaluate the accuracy of cost estimations that Westernport Water have developed for our ‘top 10’ discrete capital projects, to inform a P5, P50 and P95 cost estimation. Westernport Water will use this P50 estimation in the business cases which will be included in the final price submission in September 2022.
