This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Agency is seeking for a suitably qualified vendor to assist the Agency to:
• Develop the policies and processes in the establishment and ongoing management of the National Digital Health Standards catalogue
• Draft the details to support the development of:
o Terms of Reference of the operating unit
o The operating structure of the unit
o Roles and responsibilities of participating organisations and/or individuals
o Operating model of the unit
• Develop the relevant processes for:
o Standards inclusion criteria
o Ongoing review and maintaining currency of the catalogue
o Risks and issues management
o Supporting and participating in the Standards communities
• Develop the tools and templates to support the processes listed in C above
• Develop an Implementation Plan and provide the Agency with foreseeable risks, barriers and dependencies during the implementation process
