Tender Description
Knox City Council (Council) is seeking tenders for the upgrade to the existing carpark, netball courts and lighting at HV Jones Reserve, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156.
The work to be performed under the contract are as following:
- Tracing and marking of existing services;
- Site establishment;
- Demolition of existing infrastructure and assets as documented on the plan;
- Earthworks to achieve appropriate grading and drainage;
- Supply and installation of underground and surface drainage;
- Construction of new paths;
- Construction of a carpark extension to the northern carpark;
- Construction of new basketball/netball courts;
- Supply and installation of solar lighting to the northern and southern carpark;
- Supply and installation of fencing separating the court from the carpark;
- Supply and installation of new trees and garden bed planting; and
- 52 weeks’ maintenance and establishment.
